I’m not just a personal trainer, fitness has been a key part of my life for many years. Through sport, I’ve learned the value of discipline, consistency, and showing up every day, even when motivation isn’t there. My goal is to help you build those same habits so you can achieve results that last.
Originally from Colombia and currently based in Melbourne, Australia, I coach people from different backgrounds and lifestyles. I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all approach. I specialize in strength training, and I’m also passionate about running, which allows me to create well-rounded programs focused on performance, endurance, and long-term health.
My coaching goes beyond workouts, it’s about helping you adopt a disciplined mindset and a lifestyle that supports your goals inside and outside the gym.
